## Role Overview: Warehouse Admin
The Warehouse Admin plays a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and integrity of our supply chain operations. This position is responsible for the seamless coordination of inventory flow, ensuring that every product entering and leaving the facility is tracked with precision.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory Receiving: Managing the intake of products and verifying that all incoming shipments match our quality and quantity standards.
* Storage Management: Organizing product storage layouts in strict accordance with FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) principles.
* Stock Accuracy: Overseeing the condition of inventory and conducting regular stock audits to ensure the highest levels of quality control.
* Administrative Reporting: Maintaining accurate logs of all stock movements to reconcile physical inventory against administrative digital records.
* Operational Documentation: Preparing and presenting recurring warehouse performance reports to management.
## Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to organizational excellence and operational discipline. The following qualifications are required:
* Gender: Male.
* Age: Maximum 35 years old.
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any major with a cumulative GPA of at least 3.00.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, though candidates with at least one year of professional warehouse experience are highly preferred.
* Technical Skills: Deep understanding of warehouse and inventory management systems (FIFO/FEFO) and proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities, high attention to detail, and a highly organized work ethic.
* Teamwork: Ability to perform efficiently both as an individual contributor and as a collaborative team member.
* Logistics: Must possess the ability to drive a car.
* Location: Preference will be given to candidates residing in or near the Serang area.
