PT ICA is seeking dedicated individuals to join their specialized team in West Kalimantan. Please review the requirements for each role carefully.
1. Management Trainee (Production) - MT Produksi
This structured program is designed to fast-track the career growth of high-potential graduates, preparing them to take on future leadership roles within the company.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.20.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong verbal and written English communication skills.
* Preferences: Priority will be given to candidates residing in West Kalimantan who are willing to be stationed at the Tayan production facility.
2. Quality Control Supervisor
We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee and maintain our rigorous quality standards.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical, Electronics, or Chemical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in Quality Control.
* Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, SAP applications, data processing, and laboratory instrument maintenance.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and Quality Management principles.
* Communication: Exceptional English proficiency and communication skills.
3. Instrument & Electrical Engineer (I&E Engineer)
This role is critical for ensuring the reliability and safety of our heavy-duty electrical systems.
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electronics or Electrical Engineering (High Voltage focus) with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in electrical design, installation, and maintenance, including testing and commissioning.
* Technical Expertise: Proficient in ETAP software, motor starters (DOL, INV, Star-Delta, Soft-starter), power feeder protection (LV/MV), and relay coordination.
* Certifications: Possession of relevant electrical professional certifications is highly preferred.
* Safety Awareness: In-depth knowledge of occupational health and safety (K3) standards in the electrical field.
