## Current Career Opportunities
IHIP is currently expanding its professional team to support its high-capacity nickel processing operations. We are looking for dedicated professionals to fill the following roles:
Operations & Heavy Equipment
* Heavy Equipment Operators: Excavator, Loader, Dump Truck (DT), and Forklift.
* Industrial Process Operators: ESP, Back Furnace, Hoist Crane, and Water/Wastewater Treatment (WTP/WWTP).
* Utility & Power Operations: Boiler Operators and Turbine Operators.
Supervisory & Foreman Positions
* Heavy Equipment & Conveyor: Foreman for Heavy Equipment, Conveyor Systems, and Feeding (Dryer Kiln).
* Processing Units: Foreman for Dryer, Desulfurizer, Mixing, Grinding, Raw Coal Drying, and Sulfur Production.
Technical & Skilled Labor
* Production Support: Crusher, Desulfurizer, Slag Conveyor, Burner Checker, Raw Coal Drying, Reamer Worker, Skimmer & Tapper, and Feeding Worker (Dryer Kiln).
* Engineering & Maintenance: Mechanics, Welders, Electricians, and Instrument Technicians.
* Laboratory: Chemical Analysts.
## Candidate Requirements
To ensure operational safety and excellence, applicants must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
2. Experience: At least one year of professional experience in the relevant field.
3. Certification: Must possess a valid SIO (Operator License) or SIM BII Umum, along with other industry-relevant certifications for the specific position.
4. Physical & Mental Health: Must be in excellent physical and mental condition.
5. Soft Skills: Strong communication abilities and a professional work ethic.
6. Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at the IHIP site in Morowali.
