## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in an Engineering discipline.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in the exact same role or a comparable capacity.
* Industry Background: Prior working experience within the manufacturing sector, preferably specialized in plastics production or manufacturing operations.
* Work Arrangement: Flexibility to work in either shift-based or non-shift schedules as required by operational needs.
* Geographical Preference: Candidates currently residing in the Sidoarjo region and surrounding areas will receive primary consideration.

3. Production Literacy: Familiarity with heavy machinery operations, specifically within plastic production lines.
4. Administrative Proficiency: Strong command of computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office suite for reporting and data tracking.
