## Site-Based Professional Vacancies (Kutai Timur)
We are currently hiring for several critical roles based at our site in Kutai Timur. These positions require a commitment to excellence and high performance in a demanding mining environment.
1. Head of Blending Operations
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mining, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering with 7+ years of experience in stockpile management and coal preparation.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage blending formulas, optimize material handling, and ensure coal quality specifications (CV, ash, sulfur) meet contractual targets.
2. Head of HSEC
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in K3/Environmental/Public Health with 8+ years of experience. Mandatory POP/AK3 Umum certification; POU is preferred.
* Key Responsibilities: Implement zero-harm safety systems, manage environmental compliance (AMDAL/RKL-RPL), and lead CSR initiatives.
3. Head of HRGA
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or Law with 8+ years of HR experience. Deep knowledge of Indonesian labor laws (PP 35/2021) is essential.
* Key Responsibilities: Oversee manpower planning, industrial relations, site facilities, and compensation and benefits.
4. Head of Port Operations
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years of experience in coal port/jetty management. Familiarity with ISPS Code and marine regulations is required.
* Key Responsibilities: Coordinate barge loading, jetty maintenance, and stockpile management to achieve throughput targets.
5. Head of Medical & Occupational Health
* Requirements: Physician (MD) with active STR and Hiperkes certification. At least 5 years of experience in remote mining or industrial sites.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage clinic operations, health surveillance (MCU), and emergency medical response.
6. ICT Engineer
* Requirements: D3/Bachelor’s degree in IT/Informatics with 3+ years of network administration experience.
* Key Responsibilities: Manage IT infrastructure, server security, and remote site system reliability.
7. Staff HRGA
* Requirements: D3/Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of administrative experience. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is required.
* Key Responsibilities: Support recruitment administration, payroll, and General Affairs operational needs.

8. BPAI SAP Specialists (PP/QM & SD)
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle SAP implementation (S4HANA preferred).
* Key Responsibilities: Configure SAP modules, analyze business requirements, and provide day-to-day functional support.
9. BPAI Project Officer
* Requirements: Strong understanding of internal controls, mining business processes, and MS Visio/Project proficiency.
* Key Responsibilities: Document SOPs, analyze systems, and facilitate management system implementations (ISO/SMKP).
