We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Analyst to join our team in Surabaya. This role is pivotal in managing our finished goods distribution center, overseeing a facility with 2,200 pallet positions and a dedicated team of 13 professionals. Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the backbone of our distribution efficiency. Your core duties include:
* Operational Oversight: Supervise daily domestic deliveries and coordinate finished goods transfers to Regional Distribution Centers (RDC).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, customer fulfillment, manufacturing, and supply planning departments to ensure monthly sales targets are achieved with flawless execution.
* Performance Analysis: Conduct rigorous root cause analysis regarding warehouse performance, costs, and productivity, while implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.
* Continuous Improvement: Champion cost-saving initiatives and drive improvements in warehouse processes, throughput, and inventory management.
* Compliance and Safety: Maintain strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) regulations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
* Leadership and Development: Cultivate team capabilities, oversee supplier relationships, and foster a culture of professional growth and leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this position, you should possess a blend of technical expertise and logistical experience:
* Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant field of study.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
* Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, a quality-first mindset, and the ability to work within a non-Warehouse Management System environment.
