## Essential Requirements for Applicants

* Educational Background:
* For Foreman and technical specialist roles: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical or Piping Engineering.
* For Helper roles: Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) diploma.
* Professional Experience:
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in the same capacity within the EPC Power Plant or Oil & Gas industries is required for technical roles.
* A minimum of 1 year of experience is required for helper-level positions.
* Personal Attributes: Applicants must be disciplined, hardworking, responsible, and capable of working effectively in remote site locations across Indonesia.
* Language Proficiency: Candidates must demonstrate professional fluency in English.
