## About the Role
As a Management Trainee Factory, you will undergo rigorous development to master operational workflows, strategic planning, and manufacturing management. You will work closely with senior leadership to optimize production goals while upholding our strict standard of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Execution: Execute daily operations aligned with company objectives and adhere strictly to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Strategic Planning: Formulate comprehensive strategic plans to achieve high-level corporate and factory goals.
* Data-Driven Research: Conduct thorough research, gather operational data, and process information objectively.
* Problem-Solving & Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to troubleshoot factory issues and make informed, decisive decisions.
* Continuous Improvement: Spearhead ongoing business process improvements and lean manufacturing initiatives.
* Training & Development: Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and skill-building programs for manufacturing staff.
* Monitoring & Control: Oversee, monitor, and evaluate all factory operations to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Reporting & Presentation: Deliver regular progress reports and present operational outcomes to management.
* Accountability: Maintain full responsibility for the successful execution of all assigned duties and operational targets.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this dynamic environment, candidates must meet the following professional and academic criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major, with a strong preference for Engineering disciplines.
* Commitment: Willingness to sign and complete a 4-year Management Trainee service bond.
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both spoken and written English.
* Technical Literacy: Solid understanding and practical knowledge of process flowcharts.
* Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel/Spreadsheet, PowerPoint).
