## The Management Trainee (Cadet/Assistant) Program
The Management Trainee Program is an intensive, six-month development journey designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and field operations. Trainees will benefit from a comprehensive curriculum that includes:
* Theoretical Foundations: Classroom-based learning focused on advanced plantation management and industrial processes.
* Direct Field Mentorship: Hands-on training provided by Senior Assistants and Managers.
* Performance Monitoring: Continuous evaluation by the Training and Operations team, involving recurring assessments and professional presentations.
Post-Training Commitment
Upon successfully completing the initial six-month training period, participants will enter into a two-year service bond (comprising a six-month probationary phase and an 18-month professional tenure) to ensure long-term career growth and organizational integration.
## Candidate Qualifications
The company is looking for high-achieving individuals who meet the following criteria:
* Age: 24–27 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum D3/D4/S1 degree in relevant fields:
* Agronomy Stream: Plantation Cultivation, Forestry, Agronomy, Soil Science, Agricultural Cultivation, or Plant Pests and Diseases.
* Engineering Stream: Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering, as well as Agricultural Product Technology.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
* Graduation Status: Open to graduates from the years 2023 or 2024.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Legal Requirements: Must possess a valid Type C driver's license (SIM C).
* Mobility: Willingness to be stationed in various plantation regions, including Sumatra, Kalimantan, or other operational areas.
