## Open Positions
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals for the following roles:
1. Purchasing Staff
This role manages the end-to-end procurement process and requires a candidate with strong logistics experience.
* Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
* Proven experience in Export-Import processes.
* Familiarity with shipping lines, forwarders, and EMKL.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
* Fluent in spoken and written English.
2. Personnel Staff
We are looking for an IT-literate professional to manage complex HR and payroll functions for a large-scale workforce of over 1,000 employees.
* Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Informatics (IT).
* Minimum 2 years of experience in HR/Payroll within a large company.
* Deep understanding of remuneration, compensation, and benefit systems.
* Expert-level Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, IF, HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP).
* Preference given to candidates with HRIS experience.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Managing monthly attendance reporting.
* Updating employee status data regarding promotions, demotions, and transfers.
* Maintaining records for shifts, overtime, and staff turnover.
3. Automation Technician
This position is critical to maintaining the sophisticated machinery at our facility, requiring a strong background in industrial systems.
* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation.
* Proficiency in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and Industrial Networks.
* Ability to read electrical drawings and manage panel wiring.
* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
* Relevant automation or electrical certifications are a significant advantage.
4. Unit Head of Quality Assurance (QA)

* Verifying that all production materials align with company standards.
5. Warehouse Staff

* Qualifications:
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Informatics or Computer Science.
* Maximum age of 35 years.
* Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
* Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF).
