## Role Overview: Operations Helper
As a Helper at PT Kilat Power Indonesia, you will play a vital role in ensuring our powerbank network remains operational and accessible to our users. Your primary focus will be on the physical management and maintenance of our hardware units. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a mobile, fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities
* Hardware Installation and Removal: Efficiently manage the setup and dismantling of powerbank stations at various partner locations.
* Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine checks and basic servicing to ensure machines are functioning optimally.
* Troubleshooting Support: Identify hardware issues in the field and report findings to the technical department for resolution.
* Logistical Support: Assist in the careful transport, loading, and unloading of equipment.
* Field Mobility: Maintain a high level of mobility to attend to different sites as required by company operations.

* Professionalism: Proven track record of responsibility, discipline, and a proactive attitude toward work.

* Licensing and Transport: A valid SIM C license and a personal motorcycle are mandatory. Proficiency in driving a car and holding a valid SIM A license is considered a significant advantage.
