## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to make a significant impact. To be considered for our Management Trainee program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
* Experience Level: Open to fresh graduates or individuals with up to two years of professional experience.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Leadership & Mindset: Proven leadership experience gained through organizational involvement, coupled with sharp analytical thinking and a growth-oriented mindset.
* Adaptability: A demonstrated ability to thrive and remain productive in dynamic, fast-paced work environments.
* Location: Willingness to be stationed at our facility in Morowali, Central Sulawesi.
