1. Environment & Security Staff (Code: ES STAFF)
This role focuses on maintaining environmental compliance and upholding workplace safety standards across manufacturing operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Organize, implement, and supervise control mechanisms for water pollution, air quality, and waste management.
* Ensure strict adherence to the Environmental Management System and relevant local laws and regulations.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum D3 or S1 degree in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) or a relevant equivalent field.
* At least 1 year of practical experience as an Environmental or OHS Staff member within the cigarette or general manufacturing industry.
* Male candidates aged 27 years or younger.
* Possession of a General AK3 certification from the Ministry of Manpower (considered a strong advantage).
* Solid understanding of ISO 14001 standards, alongside hands-on experience with SIMPEL and SPEED KLHK reporting systems (preferred).
