## About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated HR & GA Specialist who is fluent in Korean to join our office in Cikarang Selatan. This on-site contract position is pivotal to our operational efficiency, as you will act as the essential bridge between our local Indonesian staff and our Korean management team.
Core Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a diverse range of Human Resources and General Affairs functions, ensuring smooth communication and effective administrative operations. Your daily tasks will include:
* Linguistic Support: Serving as the primary interpreter during meetings and providing professional translation for business documents.
* Administrative Oversight: Managing employee visas, work permits, and various General Affairs documentation.
* HR Management: Leading end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.
* Operational Support: Overseeing payroll administration, employee benefits management, and general office coordination.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this position, you should possess a blend of administrative expertise and exceptional linguistic abilities. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
1. Language Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both Korean and Indonesian, covering both verbal and written communication.
2. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Korean Studies, or a related field is highly preferred.
3. Soft Skills: Strong organizational, planning, and communication capabilities with a proactive, positive attitude.
4. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

## Compensation and Benefits
We value the dedication of our employees and offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with experience. The salary range for this role is set between 7,000,000 IDR and 9,000,000 IDR per month.
