## Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
As a Legal Assistant at LPP Agro Nusantara, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the organization's legal standing and driving regulatory compliance. This professional hire position demands a sharp legal mind capable of navigating complex corporate structures and state-owned enterprise (SOE/BUMN) regulations.
Your daily responsibilities will encompass several critical areas:
* Corporate Governance & Compliance: Monitor regulatory compliance risks, ensure alignment with statutory laws, and oversee the execution of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles.
* Contract Management & Legal Opinions: Draft, review, and negotiate various corporate agreements while providing sound legal opinions to guide executive decision-making.
* Corporate Actions Support: Provide hands-on legal assistance during major corporate transactions, including mergers, divestments, roll-ups, share transfers, joint operations (KSO), and asset partnerships.
* Internal Regulation Harmonization: Develop, review, and harmonize internal company regulations to reflect current legal landscapes.
* Integrity & Anti-Fraud Programs: Spearhead company integrity initiatives, including ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems (SMAP), conflict of interest controls, gratification monitoring, integrity pacts, and mandatory state officials' wealth reporting (LHKPN).
## General Qualifications
To be considered for this professional hire opportunity, applicants must meet the following baseline criteria:
* Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
* Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of 4.00 from a reputable Public University (PTN).
* Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 out of 4.00 from a recognized Private University (PTS) or an accredited Overseas University.
* Clean background with zero involvement in bribery, illegal gratification, fraud, or corruption-related criminal offenses, substantiated by a signed formal statement letter.
