Core Responsibilities
* Attendance and Roster Management: Oversee employee attendance, leave requests, overtime, and complex roster schedules.
* HR Data Integrity: Maintain precise employee records and comprehensive HR documentation.
* Payroll and Administration: Facilitate payroll-related tasks and support the processing of HR and vendor invoices.
* Compliance Oversight: Ensure all site activities and vendor engagements align with company policies, Indonesian labor laws, and contractual obligations.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

* At least 1–2 years of hands-on experience in HR administration, preferably within the mining or heavy industry sectors.
* Strong familiarity with roster management, payroll taxation, and BPJS administration.
* Robust understanding of Indonesian labor regulations and employment laws.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a specific focus on Excel.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
* Flexibility to work at a remote mining location under a 10:2 roster system.
