## General Qualifications and Candidate Requirements
To ensure the highest standards of safety, productivity, and technical competence, applicants must meet specific baseline criteria established by the engineering and human resources departments:
1. Educational Background: Minimum attainment of a Senior High School (SMA) or Vocational High School (SMK) diploma. Priority is given to graduates from technical majors, specifically Mechanical Engineering, Welding, Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, and Heavy Equipment Technology.
2. Professional Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on working experience. While direct background within a nickel smelting facility is strongly preferred, candidates with equivalent operational experience in other types of metal smelters or heavy processing plants will also be considered.
3. Safety Culture: A demonstrated commitment to Occupational Health and Safety (K3/HSE) protocols in all working environments.
4. Training Readiness: Willingness to undergo and successfully complete an intensive On-the-Job Training (OJT) program.
5. Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed and deployed at the operational plant site in Balikpapan and its surrounding areas.
