## Key Responsibilities of the Accounting Role
As a core member of our financial department, you will manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure the integrity of our financial data. Your primary duties will encompass:
* Financial Recording & Reporting: Accurately record all corporate financial transactions in a timely manner. Compile general journals, ledgers, and cash books, alongside generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheets, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Reports).
* Tax Management: Calculate, record, and report corporate taxes (such as VAT and Income Tax) while guaranteeing strict compliance with current tax regulations.
* Budgeting & Financial Analysis: Assist in drafting and monitoring company budgets, performing variance analysis between projections and actual expenditures for tight fiscal control.
* Audit Preparation & Compliance: Prepare comprehensive documentation for internal and external audits, proactively resolving any identified discrepancies.
* Document Management: Maintain a secure, structured archive of financial paperwork, ensuring quick retrieval for authorized internal and external stakeholders.
* Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Partner closely with purchasing, human resources, and finance teams to streamline transaction workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
## Professional Requirements
