* Educational Background: Final-year students or fresh graduates holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture from a reputable university.
* Academic Excellence: A minimum GPA of 3.0, with a total study duration not exceeding 4.5 years.
* Leadership Potential: Proven track record of leadership in university organizations, extracurricular activities, or volunteer initiatives.
* Communication Skills: Fluency in English is mandatory.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office and a solid understanding of current digital platforms.
* Mobility: A high level of flexibility and willingness to be stationed at any Nufarm site across Indonesia.
