Since our inception, we have been committed to advancing construction standards through our signature fiber-cement corrugated roofing lines, including the renowned Nusa 6, Nusa 11, and Nusa 14 series.
Our legacy of innovation continued in 2005 with the launch of our non-asbestos calcium silicate flat boards, marketed under the Nusaboard and Nusaplank brands. ## Open Positions and Qualification Requirements
We are currently hiring for various levels across our technical, operational, and administrative departments.
1. Operator Level Roles
We are seeking dedicated individuals for the following technical and support roles:
* Technical Support: Vocational (SMK) background in Construction, Woodworking, or Property.
* Sales: Open to all majors; requires availability for out-of-town travel.
* Mechanical & Electrical: Vocational (SMK) background in Electricity, Machining, or Welding.
* Quality Control: SMA (Science) or vocational background in Industrial Chemistry.
* Forklift & Loader Operators: Must hold a valid SIO certification.
* Security (Satpam): Requires Gada Pratama certification.
* Loading Staff & Truck Drivers: Requires valid SIM B1 for drivers.
Note: Most operator roles require shift flexibility and are based in Demak.
2. Staff Level Positions
We are looking for professionals with specialized expertise to support our core business functions:
* Finance & Accounting: D3/S1 in Accounting or Taxation.
* HRD: S1 in Psychology or Law.
* IT Staff: D3/S1 in Informatics or Information Systems.
* Technical Staff (RnD, QMS, Maintenance, EHS): Engineering backgrounds (Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical).
* Clinical Nurse: D3/S1 in Nursing with valid Hiperkes certification.
Note: Specific certifications like AK3 Umum are required for EHS/K3L roles.
3. Supervisory and Leadership Roles
We are hiring experienced leaders for the following positions:
* Utility, Production, and Mechanical Supervisors
* Engineering and Production Foremen
* Educational background in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Heavy Equipment, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering (D3/S1).
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience for Supervisors and 3 years for Foremen.
* Proven leadership experience managing a team of at least 10 people.
