Operational Roles (DCS Specialists)
We are looking for operators proficient in Distributed Control Systems (DCS) to ensure the seamless execution of our paper manufacturing processes.
* Operator, DCS Wet End and Chemical
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
* Requirements: Proficiency in DCS operations and foundational knowledge of the pulp and paper industry. Must be comfortable working under pressure and within a rotating shift schedule.
* Operator, DCS Paper Machine
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or professionals with 1–2 years of experience.
* Requirements: Strong understanding of DCS and paper machine operations, coupled with the ability to manage rotating shift responsibilities.
* Operator, DCS Winder
* Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: Fresh graduates or those with 1–2 years of experience.
* Requirements: Expertise in DCS systems and industrial pulp and paper workflows.
Specialist Roles (Technical & Engineering)
These positions require seasoned professionals capable of handling complex automation, electrical, and maintenance systems within a high-speed production environment.
* Specialist, Automation Paper Machine
* Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a related field.
* Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and modifying DCS/PLC applications and resolving complex automation system faults.
* Specialist, Electrical Paper Machine
* Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in the industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Must be familiar with PLC, DCS, VFD, MCC, generators, and electrical protection systems. Prior experience with paper machine commissioning and troubleshooting is highly preferred.
* Specialist, Instrument Paper Machine
* Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in process instrumentation.
* Technical Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, and QCS systems (e.g., Valmet, Yokogawa). Requires exceptional troubleshooting skills.
* Specialist, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM)
* Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum of 4 years in maintenance or operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Implementing TPM methodologies, optimizing OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), and applying Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve operational reliability.
