To support our rapid expansion, we are currently seeking dedicated, high-performing individuals to join our professional team at our various branch locations.
## Open Positions
We are currently recruiting for the following roles to help us maintain our standard of excellence in educational services:
1. Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, you will be the driving force behind our regional success. We are looking for a strategic leader capable of managing daily operations and ensuring we meet our ambitious growth targets.
* Hold a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Possess strong leadership capabilities and proven managerial experience.
* Display a results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on achieving targets.
* Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Committed to full-time employment.
* Willing to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, Cikarang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff (Office Boy)
Our Operational Staff are the backbone of our branches, ensuring that our learning environment remains professional, orderly, and conducive to study.
* Minimum education of high school (SMA) or equivalent.
* Highly detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
* Strong team player with the ability to communicate effectively.
* Committed to full-time employment.
* Willing to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, Cikarang, or Bintaro.
* Mandatory requirement: Must reside in the company-provided living quarters (mess).
