## Job Vacancy Overview: SHE Officer (Safety, Health, and Environment)
PT. Pabrik Kertas Indonesia is actively seeking a competent and driven professional to fill the SHE Officer position. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of occupational health, safety, and environmental compliance across the company's production facilities.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
* Implementing and monitoring comprehensive Safety, Health, and Environment protocols across the manufacturing plant.
* Ensuring full regulatory compliance and fostering a proactive safety culture among factory personnel.

Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this challenging yet rewarding position, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a D4 or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least 3 years of proven working experience in the SHE field, preferably within a heavy manufacturing or industrial setting.
Certifications: Must hold a valid General Occupational Safety and Health Expert certificate (Ahli K3 Umum*).
* Training & Implementation: Must have completed SMK3 Awareness training, possess a strong background in setting up SMK3 systems, and demonstrate hands-on experience in implementing SMK3 in the workplace.
* Core Competencies: High level of loyalty, dedication, professional responsibility, and strong problem-solving abilities.
* Work Location: Based at the company's primary manufacturing facility in Mojokerto, East Java.
