## Job Description & Core Responsibilities
As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role on the manufacturing floor, ensuring that our daily operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day-to-day duties will encompass a diverse range of operational and logistical tasks:
* Machine Operations: Safely operate, monitor, and regulate manufacturing machinery to maintain optimal output.
* Documentation & Reporting: Accurately record and report daily production volumes, output quality, equipment malfunctions, raw material consumption, and operational runtime.
* Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain organization and cleanliness in designated storage zones, specifically around the inner Silo and tent warehouses.
* Inventory Verification: Conduct daily cross-checks between physical inventory and production reports to ensure complete accuracy.
Shipping & Logistics: Prepare outgoing shipments by generating detailed packing lists and verifying that dispatched quantities strictly match delivery orders (surat jalan*).
* Stock Monitoring: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods against accompanying delivery documentation, manage loading and unloading procedures, and perform monthly stock opcodes.
* Supply Chain Oversight: Closely monitor ink and silo inventory levels, immediately notifying management when supplies run low.
* Additional Duties: Handle other direct or indirect operational tasks assigned by supervisors, subject to periodic performance reviews and operational updates.
## Candidate Qualifications
