Responsible for oversight and technical compliance, the candidate must ensure all contractor performance meets specified mechanical standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; 3 years of experience in supervision consulting; valid SKA Madya/Muda (optional).
* Responsibilities: Monitoring contractor work, preparing progress reports, and providing technical justifications for plumbing systems.
2. Instrument Engineer
We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee electronic and signaling systems, preferably within the railway sector.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, Telecommunications, or related fields; 8+ years of experience; 3+ years in supervision consulting.
* Location: Willing to be stationed in Muara Enim, South Sumatra.
* Responsibilities: Inspecting contractor performance, verifying project documentation, and providing critical technical evaluations.
3. Team Leader
The backbone of our project operations, the Team Leader directs the supervision consultant team and acts as the primary liaison with stakeholders.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 5+ years of experience in construction management or supervision; proven leadership skills.
* Responsibilities: Coordinating team activities, managing project data, leading discussions with contractors, and ensuring overall project integrity.
4. Asset Management Specialist
Focused on the lifecycle and performance of project assets, this role is critical for high-level technical oversight.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; 5+ years of experience in asset management.
* Responsibilities: Field data aggregation, technical analysis, report generation, and presenting progress updates.
5. Site Inspector (Electrical)
This role ensures that all electrical installations meet safety and functional specifications through rigorous field oversight.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; 3+ years of relevant experience; valid SKA Muda (optional).
* Responsibilities: Daily supervision of electrical works, technical reporting, and progress presentations to ensure project milestones are achieved.
