## Management Trainee Program Overview
Our Management Trainee (MT) program is specifically designed for driven fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in the maritime industry. This comprehensive program provides the foundational knowledge and hands-on experience necessary to become a future leader within our organization.
The professional development journey consists of three key phases:
1. Foundational Training (3 Months): An intensive classroom and orientation phase to understand our corporate values and maritime operations.
2. On-the-Job Training (9 Months): Practical field experience where trainees apply their expertise directly within our operational workflows.
3. Service Commitment: A mandatory tenure period following the completion of the training phases.
## Targeted Disciplines
We are looking for graduates from the following academic backgrounds to join our technical and operational teams:
* KALK (Ketatalaksanaan Angkutan Laut dan Kepelabuhanan): Port and shipping management.
* Nautics: Deck and navigational operations.
* Technics: Marine engineering and vessel maintenance.
* Mechanical Engineering: General machinery and industrial systems.
* ETO/Electrical Engineering: Marine electrical and electronic systems.
## Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for the Management Trainee program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
