1. Sr. PSC Management Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economy, Finance, or Petroleum Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 8 years of professional experience in the oil and gas sector.
* Core Competencies: Comprehensive understanding of E&P business operations and techno-commercial expertise regarding petroleum arrangements, specifically Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs), Gas Sales Agreements (GSAs), and Utilization Agreements (UAs).
2. Sr. Risk Management & Emergency Response Officer
* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: 8–10 years in HSE, Crisis Management, or high-hazard industrial operations.
* Core Competencies: Expert knowledge of the Incident Command System (ICS), emergency protocols, and root cause analysis (e.g., Tripod Beta, TapRooT). Candidates must demonstrate an ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams through high-pressure emergency scenarios and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.
3. Maintenance Planner
* Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
* Experience: 8–10 years in oil and gas maintenance activities.
* Core Competencies: Proficiency in SAP PM or similar CMMS tools is essential. A strong background in reliability engineering methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, and RBI is highly valued, combined with an ability to operate independently in onshore and offshore environments.
4. Administration Assistant
* Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related disciplines.
* Experience: At least 5 years in an office management or administrative capacity.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive corporate information. Must demonstrate clear communication skills and the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
5. Mechanical Technician (Offshore)
* Education: Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in offshore oil and gas or petrochemical process industries.
* Core Competencies: Expertise in maintaining rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, GTGs) and static equipment. Familiarity with Permit to Work (PTW) systems is mandatory. Certifications such as MIGAS or DISNAKER for Pedestal Crane operations and OEM training in Solar GTG maintenance are significant advantages.
6. Instrument Technician (Offshore)
* Education: Technical Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics.
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of field experience in instrumentation and control systems.
* Core Competencies: Deep knowledge of DCS, SIS, and FGS, specifically Honeywell systems. Candidates should have a strong grasp of industrial IT/networking and be well-versed in functional safety standards (IEC 61511). Ability to thrive in a multicultural offshore rotation is essential.
