# PT Putra Sarana Transborneo Career Opportunities: Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) 2025
Building a successful career in the mining and heavy equipment sector requires joining an organization with a proven track record of industry leadership. PT Putra Sarana Transborneo (PST) has been a prominent force in the Indonesian coal mining industry since its inception in 2000. Originating as a specialized subcontractor providing heavy machinery rentals—such as excavators and dump trucks for coal hauling—PST quickly established a reputation for reliability and operational excellence.
By securing its foundational partnership with PT Pama Persada Nusantara at the Adaro jobsite in 2002, the company set the trajectory for rapid, sustained growth. Today, PST operates across multiple major PAMA jobsites, including ABKL, Jembayan, Adaro, TOP/KPP, SMM, and Asmin, proudly maintaining its status as one of PAMA’s premier subcontractors. To meet the expanding demands of modern mining operations and large-scale infrastructure construction, PST is actively scaling its workforce. Ambitious professionals are invited to apply for the Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) 2025 to help shape the future of resource extraction and civil engineering.
