## Available Positions and Qualifications
1. PPIC Assistant Manager
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related discipline.
* Experience: At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience within a manufacturing environment.
* Key Competencies:
* Deep understanding of production planning, inventory control, and comprehensive supply chain management.
* Proficient in forecasting systems, Material Requirement Planning (MRP), and detailed production scheduling.
* Familiar with ISO 45001 standards and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Exceptional data analysis, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Strong leadership skills with the capacity to manage a team and coordinate smoothly across departments including production, warehouse, and purchasing.
* Highly disciplined, meticulous, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
2. Electrical Technician
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience working as an Electrical Technician.
* Key Competencies:
* Proven capability in PLC fault diagnosis and routine maintenance.
* Ability to accurately read and interpret complex electrical drawings.
3. Mandarin Translator
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of practical experience working as a Translator and Electrical Technician.
* Key Competencies:
* Fluent in Mandarin (both reading and writing).
* Proficient in operating Microsoft Office applications.
* Resilient under pressure, honest, disciplined, target-driven, and possesses a strong sense of self-initiative.
4. QC Staff
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: At least 1 year of dedicated experience in a quality control role.
* Key Competencies:
* Fluent in Mandarin (reading and writing).
* Familiar with API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, and 5B standards, as well as ISO 45001 guidelines.
* Strong analytical thinking combined with accuracy, discipline, target orientation, and self-initiative.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
5. Overhead Crane Operator
* Educational Background: Minimum Senior High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse operational experience.
* Key Competencies:
* Must possess an active and valid SIO (Surat Izin Operasi / Operating License).
6. Technical Staff
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering or a relevant technical field.
* Experience: At least 1 year working in a similar technical capacity. Previous internships or employment within a manufacturing setting will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Key Competencies:
* Fluent in Mandarin (reading and writing).
* Proficient in technical drawing interpretation and CAD software usage (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
* Strong problem-solving mindset, quick learning ability, and effective communication skills.
* Competent in utilizing Microsoft Office suite.
7. Purchasing Supervisor
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any major.
* Experience: At least 3 years of work experience functioning as a Purchasing Supervisor.
* Key Competencies:
* Experienced with ERP systems (such as Accurate) and managing Purchase Requests (PR).
* Proven track record in cost reduction, price negotiation, and maintaining accurate records of contracts, POs, and supplier performance evaluations.
* Knowledgeable in API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, 5B, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
* Fluent in English; fluency in Mandarin is strongly preferred.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, coupled with analytical thinking and self-motivation.
8. Marketing Staff
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: At least 2 years holding a marketing position within the industry.
* Key Competencies:
* Thorough understanding of CIVD and material procurement processes.
* Mastery over inventory management concepts (ERP, MRP I, and MRP II) and manufacturing logistics.
* High integrity, honesty, strategic thinking, and exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
9. HSE Staff
* Educational Background: Male candidate with a minimum Diploma (D3) in Occupational Health and Safety, Public Health, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of active experience serving as an HSE Staff member.
* Key Competencies:
* Certified AK3U holder.
* Well-versed in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and SMK3 regulations.
* Experienced with safe operational standards including lifting and rigging, work at height, and hot work.
* Familiar with JSA implementation, civil work activities, hazard risk analysis (HIRADC), and conducting hazard reporting.
10. ESG Officer
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years working in K3L or equivalent sustainability roles.
* Key Competencies:
* Deep familiarity with ESG regulations, sustainability trends, and manufacturing-specific environmental guidelines.
* Extensive knowledge of international standards and rating frameworks such as GRI Standards, SDGs, TCFD, SASB, UNGC, and ESRS.
* Expertise in managing hazardous and non-hazardous waste, emissions, energy, water consumption, and pollution control.
* Capable of compiling formal presentations and reports while handling internal and external environmental or sustainability audits.
11. Warehouse Supervisor
* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
* Experience: At least 3 years of supervisory experience in warehouse management.
* Key Competencies:
* Strong leadership capabilities backed by familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, API Spec Q1, 5CT, 5L, and 5B.
