## General and Specific Qualifications
To ensure our team maintains the highest standards of operational excellence, candidates must meet the specific criteria outlined for each role:
* Educational Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) required for positions 1, 2, and 3.
* Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent required for positions 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
* Industry Experience: Previous working experience in a similar role within the FMCG distribution sector will be considered a significant advantage.
* Licensing and Transportation:
* Valid Driver’s License (SIM C) and personal vehicle ownership required for positions 4 and 5.
* Valid Commercial Driver’s License (SIM B1) required for position 8.
* Valid Driver’s License (SIM A) required for position 1.
* Core Competencies:
* Strong leadership capabilities for supervisory and management roles (Positions 1, 2, 3, and 4).
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.
