## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
As the Store Manager for BAIQ MARKET, you will serve as the heartbeat of our retail operations. You will be responsible for translating our brand vision into a seamless shopping experience while driving bottom-line growth.
Operational Excellence and Leadership
* Team Management: Lead, mentor, and train a large-scale retail team to maintain gold-standard customer service. Foster a collaborative, positive workplace culture that encourages professional growth.
* Strategic Sales Management: Analyze regular sales reports to develop data-driven strategies, ensuring that all store targets are consistently met or exceeded.
* Inventory Control: Maintain meticulous oversight of stock levels to optimize inventory flow, preventing shortages while minimizing overstock.
* Visual Merchandising: Utilize your keen eye for detail to maintain the store’s aesthetic appeal, ensuring an inviting and high-converting retail environment.

## Qualifications and Professional Requirements
We are seeking a results-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced retail environments. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum high school diploma (SMA); a degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field is highly preferred.
* Industry Experience: At least 2–3 years of proven success in a Store Manager or equivalent leadership position within the fashion retail sector.
* Operational Expertise: Demonstrable experience managing large selling areas (up to 800 square meters) and proficiency in visual merchandising principles.
* Soft Skills: Strong analytical capabilities for data-based decision-making, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a large, diverse team.
* Commercial Awareness: A deep understanding of fashion trends, consumer purchasing patterns, and retail market dynamics.
