1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will act as the operational strategist, ensuring seamless daily facility workflows and optimal resource allocation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Capacity & Resource Planning: Formulate daily inbound and outbound schedules aligned with operational demands while managing storage space, manpower, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) allocation.
* Activity Monitoring: Supervise the execution of receiving and dispatch operations, coordinating closely with Transport and Client Service teams regarding schedule updates.
* Inventory Oversight: Track inventory movements, storage placements, and stock availability, promptly resolving discrepancies with relevant departments.
* Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Draft comprehensive daily performance reports, identify bottlenecks, and propose actionable corrective measures.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate from any academic major.
* At least 1 year of professional experience as a Planner, with a strong preference for warehouse planning backgrounds.

2. Transport Planner
The Transport Planner plays a critical role in orchestrating efficient freight movements, documentation compliance, and yard management.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Documentation & Route Planning: Generate delivery notes (Surat Jalan and Loading Notes with Route Planning) after validating and verifying all shipping documents.
* Operational Coordination: Partner with transporters and internal security (TKBM) to streamline loading and unloading activities while enforcing strict safety protocols.
* System Tracking: Monitor transport executions and Proof of Delivery (POD) statuses via the Transport Management System (TMS).
* Yard Management: Update TMS Yard Management statuses in real-time to facilitate clear communication between drivers, transport teams, and order control.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) degree across any discipline.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation industry.
* Passive English proficiency.
* Proficiency in operating Transport Management Systems (TMS), alongside strong documentation, filing, and reporting skills.
3. Administration Staff
Administrative excellence is the backbone of our order processing and inventory management systems. We are looking for a meticulous Admin Staff member to support our commercial and warehousing data flows.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Order Processing: Convert Canvas sales Purchase Orders into Delivery Orders, managing sales inputs from Sales Orders through to billing.
* Returns & Equipment Tracking: Process Canvas sales returns, equipment shipments, and retrievals, while conducting routine equipment stock opnames.
* Master Data Management: Register new customer accounts in the master database and extract analytical data as required.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any major.
* At least 1 year of administrative experience, preferably within logistics or supply chain environments.
* Familiarity with inbound, outbound, and inventory management processes.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and familiarity with SAP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
4. Equipment Operator
Ensure the safety, accuracy, and efficiency of our warehouse floor activities through expert handling of inventory and machinery.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Good Warehouse Practice: Execute precise inbound and outbound handling, including accurate put-away, picking, transferring, and replenishment according to batch numbers and expiry dates.
* Inventory Audits: Participate in regular Stock Takes and Physical Inventory (PI) counts under supervisory instructions.
* MHE Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-operational safety checklists for Material Handling Equipment, ensuring battery maintenance and charging protocols are strictly followed.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
* At least 2 years of proven experience as an Equipment Operator.
* Mandatory Requirement: Must possess a valid Class 2 Forklift Operator License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.
* Strong numerical aptitude, high integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shifts.
5. Picker Checker

* Key Responsibilities:
* Inbound Verification: Offload incoming shipments and verify physical items against accompanying documentation.
* Outbound Picking: Accurately pick items from storage racks matching exact SKUs, batches, and quantities using RF Scanners, then stage goods in loading bays.
* Equipment Safety: Operate material handling tools safely, adhering strictly to pre-operational safety checklists.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) education.
* Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
* Ability to operate Pallet Movers and possession of a valid Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) will be distinct advantages.
