## Role Overview: Logistic Administrator
As a Logistic Administrator, you will serve as a vital link in our operational chain, ensuring that every shipment is accounted for and that our logistics workflows remain efficient. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate digital records, managing documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product movement across our network.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day operations will involve a diverse set of tasks designed to streamline our logistics and financial coordination:
* Documentation and Invoicing: Rigorously review and verify invoices from shipping and container vendors.
* Data Integrity: Maintain and update our logistics databases regularly to ensure real-time accuracy.
* Operational Reporting: Perform data entry concerning the realization of container and vessel shipments.
* Financial Coordination: Partner with the Finance department to process payment requests and ensure timely invoice settlement.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for unit teams regarding vessel and container operations.
* Management Support: Prepare and submit payment approvals to the Head of Trading.
Essential Qualifications

1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline. Fresh graduates with high potential are strongly encouraged to apply.
