## Program Requirements
Both the FODP and FMDP are open to motivated candidates who meet the following criteria:
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Age Range: Must be between 23 and 25 years old.
* Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent).
* Licensing: Possession of a valid Driving License (SIM A, B1, or B2).
* Clearance: Must provide a current and valid Police Clearance Certificate (SKCK).
* Commitment: Willingness to enter a two-year service bond and complete a rigorous two-to-three-month intensive training program.
* Mobility: Full readiness to be deployed to any PT. Sarana Sukses Sejahtera project site across Indonesia.
* Health: Must be certified fit for work through a comprehensive Medical Check-Up (MCU).
