## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will act as the crucial link between our advanced thermal technology and our industrial clients. This role demands a blend of technical acumen and commercial savvy to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Presentations: Develop and deliver comprehensive presentations that clearly communicate the value and mechanics of our cooling tower systems to prospective clients.
* Lead Generation & Conversion: Cultivate high-quality sales leads, conduct timely follow-ups, negotiate pricing, secure and renew contracts, and oversee seamless delivery coordination.
* Consultative Selling: Collaborate closely with clients and internal engineers to assess equipment specifications and precise system requirements.
* Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and performance quotas.
* Strategic Growth: Capture market share from competitors, identify emerging business opportunities, and pitch innovative solutions for internal workflow improvements to upper management.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any discipline, with a strong preference for Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical fields.
* Bring a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales and marketing, ideally within the HVAC, cooling tower, or heavy industrial equipment sectors.
* Exhibit professional fluency in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a distinct advantage.
* Possess exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication abilities, alongside strong computer literacy.
## 2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff position is vital for ensuring that our installations, logistics, and supply chains run without a hitch. You will oversee budgets, coordinate complex import schedules, and keep cross-functional projects on track from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Project Planning: Draft meticulous project schedules and maintain strict adherence to project budgets.
* Operations & Logistics: Oversee cash flow, manage both local and international material deliveries, and ensure installation milestones are met on schedule.
* Import Management: Review critical shipping documents including Bills of Lading (BL), import declarations (PIB), and Certificates of Origin (COO).
* Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with current import regulations, customs clearance procedures, logistics policies, HS code analysis, and trade agreements (such as SKA and FTA, PI, and Lartas/Post Border requirements).
* Vendor Relations: Manage supplier relationships to guarantee that all incoming materials strictly meet quality and timeline targets.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, general Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field of study.
* Prior professional background in HVAC, cooling towers, construction, or industrial machinery is advantageous; enthusiastic fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
