1. Admin Operation
As an Operations Administrator, you will be the backbone of our daily administrative workflows, bridging internal teams with external stakeholders.
* Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience.
* Exceptional external communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic understanding of electrical installation application procedures.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Spreadsheets.
* Work Location: Head Office, Puri, West Jakarta.
2. Warehouse Administrator (Admin Gudang)
Keep our inventory flowing smoothly. This role requires meticulous attention to detail to manage documentation and oversee warehouse logistics.
* Key Qualifications:
* Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in any major.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse administration.
* Strong grasp of document filing and inventory management.
* Comprehensive understanding of inbound and outbound warehouse processes.
* Willingness to work a Monday through Saturday schedule.
* Work Location: Warehouse, Cakung, East Jakarta.
3. Purchasing Staff
Manage our procurement lifecycle and strengthen our supply chain networks by handling vendor relations, import processes, and purchase orders.
* Key Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* 2 to 3 years of proven experience in purchasing or procurement.
* Direct experience managing international goods importation.
* Expertise in handling purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO).
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Spreadsheets.
* Work Location: West Jakarta or Balaraja.
4. Lead Operation
Take charge of our operational floor. We need a visionary leader with a technical background to direct our facility processes and ensure peak efficiency.
* Key Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role.
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a hands-on management style.
* Specialized knowledge in electric and mechanical motorcycle systems is strongly preferred.
