We are looking for dedicated individuals to fill several key roles across our various departments. Please review the specific requirements for each position below.
1. Purchasing Officer / Buyer
* Education: Minimum Diploma degree.
* Experience: At least 2 years in purchasing; experience within the electronics manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
* Skills: Proficient in ERP/SAP systems and Microsoft Office.
* Competencies: Strong teamwork, excellent oral and written English communication skills.
2. Clerk / Data Entry
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in a relevant field.
* Expertise: Strong analytical and reporting skills with a focus on precision and accuracy.
* Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, email correspondence, and ERP systems.
* Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
* Competencies: Team-oriented with solid English proficiency.
3. Accounting / Finance Assistant Officer
* Education: Minimum Diploma in a relevant field.
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Technical Skills: Experienced with accounting software such as SAP or MYOB; advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Office.
* Knowledge: Proficient in taxation and budgeting processes.
* Language: Fluent in English (written/spoken) and Mandarin (spoken).
* Competencies: High attention to detail and accuracy.
4. Process Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with FMEA, control plans, and industrial engineering methodologies.
* Standards: Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, AS9100, or ISO/IEC 80079-34 (preferred).
* Skills: Expertise in process yield improvement and identifying product or process deficiencies.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel for customer meetings.
5. Program Administrator Engineer
* Education: Minimum Diploma (D3) in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: At least 5 years in the manufacturing sector, including exposure to NPI (New Product Introduction), projects, or program management. Experience with Automotive, Aerospace, or PCBA products is preferred.
* Logistics: Previous experience in Supply Chain Planning is an asset.
* Skills: Exceptional computing skills, including advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Competencies: Collaborative, team-focused, and highly proficient in English.
6. QA Inspector
* Education: Minimum High School (SMA/SMK) graduate.
* Experience: Prior work experience as a QA Inspector in a PCBA manufacturing environment is mandatory.
* Requirements: Ability to work in shifts and provide a complete set of application documents, including a valid police record (SKCK), a valid job seeker card, a medical certificate, and proof of primary/booster vaccinations.
7. Sourcing Senior Officer
* Education: Minimum Diploma degree.
* Experience: At least 5 years of purchasing experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
* Market Insight: Deep knowledge of electronic component sourcing and supply market dynamics.
* Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems; excellent team player with strong English communication skills.
