1. Junior Project Procurement
As a Junior Project Procurement specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining our supply chain processes and ensuring project efficiency.
* Developing and managing detailed material delivery schedules.
* Conducting rigorous cost control and monitoring.
* Calculating and managing Quantity Variation Orders.
* Applying technical knowledge of construction work methodologies.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
* Background in the Oil & Gas construction sector is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
2. Marine Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Marine Administrator to manage our fleet’s documentation and regulatory compliance. This position is based at our North Jakarta office on Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan.
* Monitoring vessel certificates and coordinating renewal processes with relevant authorities.
* Planning and organizing vessel inspections and surveys with classification societies and third parties.
* Compiling comprehensive weekly and monthly reports regarding vessel certification status.
* Managing technical documentation, including catalogs and ship schematics.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* At least two years of relevant experience in the marine sector.
* Strong communication skills with a meticulous and organized approach.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf Naval Architecture software.
* Ability to join our team immediately.
3. Purchasing Staff
The Purchasing Staff will play a vital role in our procurement cycle, ensuring that quality components and equipment are sourced cost-effectively. This role is based at our headquarters in North Jakarta.
* Identifying, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers while conducting thorough assessments.
* Performing market analysis to ensure competitive pricing.
* Clarifying technical specifications with internal users to ensure project requirements are met.
* Preparing price comparisons and maintaining project documentation.
* Monitoring the end-to-end procurement process, from purchase order (PO) issuance to final goods delivery.
* Coordinating with freight forwarders to ensure timely arrival of goods.
* Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (all majors accepted; Informatics background is a plus).
* 2–3 years of professional experience in procurement.
* Experience purchasing spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies is essential.
* Proficiency in professional procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
