We are currently inviting applications for the position of Management Trainee in Finance, Accounting & Tax (Code: MT. FAT).
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the financial health of our operations through the following duties:
* Financial Operations: Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) workflows.
* Accounting Accuracy: Prepare journal entries, conduct account reconciliations, and support monthly financial closing processes.
* Internal Controls: Maintain comprehensive documentation for purchasing and AP while supporting internal audit initiatives.
* Inventory Oversight: Lead monthly stock-taking procedures.
* Tax Compliance: Prepare accurate invoices and tax invoices for clients.
* Vendor Management: Efficiently process vendor invoices and manage timely payment disbursements.
Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should demonstrate a strong academic background and a disciplined work ethic:
1. Education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
