## Job Role Overview: HSE Officer
We are currently recruiting an ambitious HSE Officer to oversee health, safety, and environmental protocols specifically tailored for our geotechnical surveys, geophysical investigations, and groundwater well-drilling operations. Key Responsibilities
* Implement and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs across various project sites.
* Conduct routine safety inspections, risk assessments, and job safety analyses for drilling and survey operations.
* Ensure full compliance with national safety regulations and industry-specific protocols for mining, oil and gas, and infrastructure sectors.
* Facilitate safety inductions, toolbox talks, and continuous training sessions for field personnel and contractors.
* Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.
Candidate Requirements
To thrive in this position, applicants must meet the following baseline qualifications:
* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma III (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
* Experience Level: Open to enthusiastic fresh graduates or individuals with a maximum of one year of relevant professional experience.
* Mandatory Certifications: Must possess valid AKU3, K3 Migas, or K3 BNSP certifications.
* Residency: Candidates must currently reside in or be willing to be domiciled in Bandung.
