## Current Job Opening: OCP Assistant (Purchasing Fresh Fruit Bunches)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our site operations in East Kalimantan.
Key Responsibilities
* Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with local farmers and Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) suppliers through regular field visits.
* Conduct rigorous quality inspections and grading of FFB in strict adherence to company standards.
* Prepare administrative documentation and contracts for FFB procurement.
* Verify that FFB receptions accurately align with the Daily Production Report (LHP) of each mill.
* Formulate weekly FFB pricing documents and manage the end-to-end administration and documentation of supplier invoicing.
* Deliver accurate and timely reports regarding FFB procurement expenditures.
* Implement systematic filing and management systems for all purchasing records.
* Monitor market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and purchasing intelligence.
General Requirements
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Agriculture, Management, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven professional experience handling FFB partnerships and procurement, or serving as a Plasma Assistant.
* Soft Skills: Highly communicative, collaborative, proactive, and adaptable.
* Placement Location: Site operational area, East Kalimantan.
