We are currently seeking dedicated professionals to join our growing team. If you possess the skills and drive to contribute to our high-standard engineering environment, we invite you to apply for the following positions:
1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: 3G–6G welding certification is highly advantageous.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in tube and hydraulic rod welding.
* Technical Knowledge: Proficient in using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) and reading technical blueprints.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering preferred).
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician, ideally within the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Skills: Skilled in utilizing calipers and interpreting technical engineering drawings.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or general clerical roles.
* Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experienced in drafting price quotations.
* Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, agile learner with strong interpersonal communication skills.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in pneumatic, hydraulic, cylinder, or seal manufacturing.
* Technical Skills: Capable of creating 2D/3D technical drawings and skilled in using vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems and technical drawing interpretation.
5. PPIC (Production Planning and Inventory Control)
* Education: Diploma (D3) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Core Responsibilities: Overseeing production schedules and monitoring processes from material procurement to final product delivery; planning and tracking onsite project execution.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and professional communication.
