Program Structure and Duration
The journey is divided into two distinct phases to ensure comprehensive professional development:
* Phase 1: Intensive In-Class Training (3 Months): Based at the Trakindo Training Center in Cileungsi, Bogor, this phase focuses on mastering essential sales methodologies and acquiring deep, technical product knowledge.
* Phase 2: On-the-Job Training (3 Months): Trainees are placed in active branches to apply their skills in live business environments under the guidance of industry veterans.

## Candidate Qualifications

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) degree. While all majors are welcome to apply, candidates with backgrounds in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Marine Engineering are highly preferred.
* Experience: Open to fresh graduates. If you have prior experience, a maximum of 2 years in banking, insurance, industrial materials, or heavy equipment sales is welcomed.
