To support our growing operations at the Obi Industrial Estate, we are currently seeking a dedicated and organized professional to join our Human Resources team as a Recruitment Admin. This role is essential for streamlining our talent acquisition processes and ensuring operational excellence at our site in Kawasi, North Maluku.
Core Responsibilities and Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing administrative workflows in a fast-paced mining environment.
* Gender: Female.
* Age Limit: Maximum 35 years old.
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Psychology or Management.
* Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in an administrative or office support role.
* Certifications: Possession of relevant professional certifications is considered a distinct advantage.
* Placement: Must be willing to work and reside at our Kawasi site location in North Maluku.
* Priority Candidate: Preference will be given to applicants holding a valid KTP (National Identity Card) from the North Maluku province.
