1. Palm Oil Certification Manager
This strategic leadership role oversees regulatory compliance, environmental management, and industry standards across agricultural operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop comprehensive work programs for palm oil certification activities aligned with ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting procedures regarding ISPO and PROPER compliance across various internal divisions.
* Supervise internal and external audits, environmental inspections, and OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) management protocols.
* Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external audit preparation and accompaniment.
* Monitor current regulatory updates and ensure all relevant departments implement compliance measures accurately.
* Maintain transparent communication with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
* Report operational activities and progress directly to the Regional and Head Offices.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Willingness to be stationed at the Palm Oil Plantation in Merauke, Papua.
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation, Environmental Science, or Forestry.
* Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Palm Oil Certification Manager, or at least 5 years as an Assistant ISPO Certification Manager (verifiable via employment history/paklaring).
* Possession of an ISPO Auditor Certificate (Minister of Agriculture Regulation No. 11/2015 and/or No. 38/2020) is strongly prioritized.
* Solid working knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and B3 hazardous waste management (relevant training certificates must be attached).
* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills and high proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Work Location: Papua.
2. Palm Oil Mill (PKS) & Kernel Crushing Plant (KCP) Supervisor
This technical supervisory role manages processing mill efficiency, equipment reliability, and adherence to international manufacturing standards.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies for CPO Mills and KCP processing.
* Maintain accurate, detailed documentation and activity logs concerning mill operations.
* Investigate and resolve mechanical, electrical, and operational issues within the CPO Mill and KCP facilities.
* Ensure the proper implementation of Halal certification, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, HACCP, and ISCC systems.
* Submit comprehensive operational reports to management on a regular basis.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Mastery of mechanical and electrical engineering principles within palm oil processing facilities.
* Proficiency in utilizing AutoCAD applications.
* Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience.
* Certifications in Halal, OHSAS, ISO, HACCP, or ISCC pertaining to Good Manufacturing Practices are considered a distinct advantage.

* Candidate Qualifications:
