1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
As a Food Techno Commercial expert, you will serve as the crucial technical link between our advanced sanitation solutions and our valued clients. Your role ensures seamless product application, equipment reliability, and exceptional customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inventory & Stock Management: Maintain optimal product stock levels at client sites, ensure strict adherence to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) inventory principles, and prevent product expiration.
* Spare Parts Management: Anticipate maintenance needs and guarantee the ready availability of replacement spare parts.
* Technical Support & Training: Deliver hands-on technical service, including live product demonstrations, troubleshooting operational roadblocks, and training client staff on proper equipment and product usage according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Client Site Visits: Conduct routine client visits equipped with comprehensive toolkits and test kits for real-time analysis.
* Installation & Site Surveys: Perform thorough site surveys, draft detailed pre-installation reports, execute professional machinery installation, and ensure meticulous post-work cleanup of the workspace.
* Quality Assurance: Guide clients in completing Customer Satisfaction Forms to gather actionable feedback.
* Reporting: Document and submit structured daily activity reports.
Candidate Requirements:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar technical or commercial role.
2. IT Support Staff
Our IT Support Staff plays a vital backbone role in maintaining the technological infrastructure of the organization. You will ensure that our digital portals, network systems, and hardware assets operate at peak performance to support daily business workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
* Digital Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the company website and internal digital portals.
* Network Maintenance: Regularly monitor network health, stability, and security.
* Troubleshooting: Rapidly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related bottlenecks.
* Hardware Maintenance: Conduct routine physical cleaning, inspection, and upkeep of computer hardware across all company premises.
* Data Security & Backup: Execute and verify reliable data backups for accounting systems (Accurate) and other critical corporate databases.
* Asset Management: Track, log, and label company IT assets, preparing comprehensive reports for the Finance and Administration Department.
* Escalation Management: Escalate major infrastructure failures to senior management with actionable incident summaries.
* General Duties: Provide cross-functional IT assistance and execute ad-hoc directives from management as operational needs dictate.
