## EHS, Medical, and Technical Supervision

* EHS Supervisor: Requires D3/S1 degree with at least 7 years of relevant experience in downstream palm oil. Must hold K3 certifications and possess deep knowledge of risk assessment and environmental regulations.
* Electrical & Instrument Supervisor: Requires D3/S1 in Electrical Engineering (7 years experience) or SMA (12 years experience). Must be proficient in maintenance planning, boiler/turbine management, and KPI development.
* Paramedic: D3/S1 degree in Nursing with a focus on first aid and workplace health management.
* EHS Inspector Document: D3/S1 background with a strong foundation in safety documentation.
## Specialized Trades and Engineering
We are searching for skilled technical experts to ensure our facility equipment functions at peak performance.
* Mechanic: SMK/STM in Engineering. Must have experience maintaining pumps, gensets, and mechanical seals.
* Welder: Requires mastery of 1Gā6G positions (SMAW and GTAW). Certification is mandatory; experience with work-at-height is required.
* Carpenter: Skilled in construction, welding, and concrete work. Must be comfortable working at heights.
