Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field.
* Possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in export-import logistics or similar functions.
* Demonstrate familiarity with CEISA systems and operations within Bonded Zones (Kawasan Berikat).
* Exhibit proven experience in documentation and formal customs procedures.
* Maintain strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective cross-departmental collaboration.

Core Responsibilities
The EXIM Staff will be tasked with the following duties:
1. Sales Documentation: Preparing invoices and packing lists for both export and domestic sales transactions.
2. Export Compliance: Generating necessary customs and export documents, including Shipping Instructions, BC 2.3, BC 4.0, Subcontract Out, PIB, and PEB.
3. Delivery Support: Managing customs documentation (IV/PL/BC27) to facilitate the movement of finished goods, Work-in-Progress (WIP), and raw materials.
4. Waste Management: Preparing documentation (IV/PL/BC25) to regulate the delivery of production scrap.
5. Domestic Logistics: Preparing customs paperwork (IV/PL/BC25) for the transport of finished domestic goods.
