Successful candidates must demonstrate both technical proficiency and a high level of professional integrity. Beyond academic credentials, the following attributes are required:
* Communication & Adaptability: Proficiency in written and oral communication, combined with the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team environment.
* Technical Literacy: Ability to operate Microsoft Office suites efficiently. Knowledge of GIS (Geographic Information Systems), legal drafting for decision letters, and familiarity with Amdal/UKL-UPL regulations are considered significant advantages.
