## Available Positions
Bappenas is recruiting for two distinct roles within the Directorate of Higher Education and Science and Technology. Both roles require a keen analytical mind and a deep commitment to evidence-based policy formulation.
1. Policy & Program Expert (Tenaga Ahli)
This role is designed for seasoned professionals who can lead the development of strategic frameworks.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Drafting comprehensive policy frameworks and strategic recommendations for higher education development within the 2025-2029 RPJMN.
* Providing expert guidance on interdisciplinary projects related to science, technology, and higher education.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, Economics, Statistics, or a closely related field.
* At least two years of proven experience in policy research within the education sector.
* Must not currently hold an ASN (Civil Servant) status or be in the process of applying for CPNS/PPPK.
* Strong background in writing reports, academic studies, or policy papers.
2. Assistant Policy & Program Expert (Asisten Tenaga Ahli)
An excellent opportunity for motivated individuals to support high-level policy research and technical implementation.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the collection and analysis of data to support the formulation of higher education policies.
* Supporting the drafting process of the 2025-2029 RPJMN.
* Collaborating with team members to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of development programs.
* Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from a reputable institution in Public Policy, Social Sciences, Education, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
* Preference given to candidates with at least one year of professional experience in policy research.
* Strong interest in current higher education policy issues.
* Must not currently hold an ASN (Civil Servant) status or be in the process of applying for CPNS/PPPK.
